2023/24 Review

Bollywood Dancing - 19th April 2023

Tina Vallance wasn't so much a speaker as a teacher of Bollywood Dancing.  She showed us a routine and then we were able to put on brightly coloured skirts, sashes, attach scarves to our fingers and put bells on our right legs. Music on and away we went, following Tina's actions and trying to look the part.  Several of us 'fell by the wayside', particularly as we danced the routine several times.  Non-dancing members waved scarves so we were all able to take part in some way.  It was a very enlivening experience and I think everyone had a great time.  Hard to settle down to the rest of the business!
