Thompson Women's Institute is a small rural institute with around 25 members. The institute was formed over sixty years ago and first met in the Village Hall where we still meet. We have a varied mix of meetings, some hands on craft sessions, some talks, some social events, visits and meals out, normally for our birthday meeting in October. We participate in the Norfolk Federations ten pin bowling event and darts matches, competitions. We also belong to our local Group of five institutes who meet twice a year, and enter their group quiz (normally very successfully!). We look forward to welcoming new members.
