About Us

We are a very enthusiastic group who meet on the second Monday of each month at 7.30pm in the Old School Room at Sparham. Sparham is one of the highest points in Norfolk and there are stunning panoramic views from the church tower.

We always try to make our evenings light-hearted and have a very varied programme in progress for 2016. Our current membership is 18 and we continue to encourage new members and guests to come and join us.

Our meeting place has a significant history as a very small one-room churchyard school built in 1852 and closed by 1925.The room was originally divided by a curtain in 1903 to separate the infants from the rest of the school and did have a porch which is now gone.
