Communications

The Sub-Committee’s role is to connect with members old and new, to reach out to future members and to help the Federation and its Sub-Committees promote the WI and what we do in Norfolk.  We do this through The Norfolk WI News magazine, our website and social media. We tell the public at large about our organisation, get people involved in our campaigns, our crafts and our leisure activities.  We also organise a Federation Writing Competition.  Another of our responsibilities is assisting our team of EDP writers, who contribute weekly articles and occasional “Op-Ed” pieces to the EDP.  The Communications Sub-Committee works closely with the Digital Activities Sub-Committee.
