Watton Evening WI meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month, at the Christian Community Centre in the High Street.  

Meetings start at 7.30pm when the month's business is dealt with, including giving birthday wishes to ladies who celebrate during the current month. Speakers are booked for 9/10 months of the year and these are welcomed after all business has been completed. Talks usually last for about 45minutes; time is given for questions, then a vote of thanks given to the speaker.

Tea, coffee and biscuits are served after the talk in a separate room, where a Bring and Buy stall is also set up.  This helps to raise funds for the group. Members of the group take it in turns to prepare and serve refreshments

Afterwards we re-convene in the meeting room for the raffle and Final Thoughts.

* Suggestions for speakers are always welcome so that we have as varied a programme as possible.
