Royal Norfolk Show

The Sub-Committee’s role is to plan, organise and manage the Federation at the Royal Norfolk Show.   We also decide on the theme each year for the WI competitions and write the schedule, which is sent to WIs at the start of the year.

As well as being responsible for the marquee layout, setting up prior to the Show and clearing up at the end, we are also in charge of catering over the two days.

 
 

This entails booking all the equipment and services, ordering and preparing the food.

We also co-ordinate the rotas for members who kindly help with the catering, as well as the Federation Trustees and Sub-Committees, who are on hand at the various information stands stewarding and answering general enquiries regarding all things WI.
